Ryan Kutil

I have lived most of my life in Champaign-Urbana, IL and currently live in Mahomet, IL. I moved away from the area a couple times, once for college in Milwaukee where I played baseball, worked for the Milwaukee Brewers, and studied psychology. After transferring to and graduating from the University of Illinois, I moved to Chicago for a few years where I worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I came back home to work for Pepsi-Cola and held other management positions before taking a leap into Real Estate.

I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2015 and work at The Nate Evans Group. My 9 years as a Realtor has taught me a lot about the industry and taught me a lot more about people. I have a strong desire to make sure all of my clients have all the information they need to make wise decisions. Buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people will ever make and I don't take that lightly. 

I have a wife, Kayla, a 7 year old daughter, Thea, and a 3 year old daughter, Rowan. We are an Illini family who enjoys watching games at home and going to tailgates and games. Little Ro loves chanting ILL INI! The girls are both in ballet and Thea loves being a Girl Scout. Kayla works at Carle and she is the engine that makes our family run. I love to golf, watch sports, and watch my girls grow.

After many years of jumping from job to job I am extremely happy to have settled into real estate. And I am even happier to be a team member of The Nate Evans Group.
